POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To execute the development of business planning and related activities/deliverables as to ensure all planning was delivered successfully.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Participate in the process of crafting company’s business plan with vision statements (long term view of a possible future), mission statements (the role that the organization gives itself in society), overall corporate objectives (both financial and strategic), strategic business unit objectives (both financial and strategic), and tactical objectives.
• Assist manager/senior executive in reviewing and evaluating the integration of business plan and strategy, coordination & development and policies & procedures.
• Involve in doing research and monitor key external and internal factors which may influence the direction and success of adopted strategies.
• Execute the disseminate, implementation and monitoring of the cross planning and performance management processes required to achieve the organizational mission and objectives.
• Assist manager/senior executive to conduct industry benchmarking and analysis on pricing structures and potential revenue streams form airport business (e.g. throughput charges).

Key Challenges

• Perform benchmarking with other country’s Airport .

• A self-starter and ability to work and deliver on tasks under limited supervision; 
• Strong coordination and planning skills, an understanding of an experience in project management and delivery; a good networker, experience of dealing with different cultures.
• Able to communicate effectively with managers at all levels.
• Good business awareness and understanding.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Positive thinking, analytical.
• Detailed conscious, team player and coordination capabilities.
• Working experience in corporate planning/finance/business development or relevant fields is an added advantage.

Education

External

• Recognised Degree preferably with specialization in Business Administration (BBA)

Relevant Industries

External

• Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and minimum 1 year relevant experience.
