POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• To ensure the smoothness and efficiency of field devices for Device Security and work closely with IT Support Unit and Application Management for operation and maintenance purposes.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To assist Executive in terms of operation and daily tasks for ACAM, CCTV, 3D IOT & VTS system.
• To perform and follow-up second level troubleshooting of security system related to the incident and service requests covering Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 KLIA, Corporate Office and other airports.
• To monitor preventive maintenance done according to schedule by IT Infrastructure, IT Support and other related parties.
• To liaise with contractors and suppliers interms of services and goods delivery.
• To assist in preparing Purchase Requisition Form for purchasing parts, equipment and other related services for ACAM, CCTV, 3D IOT & VTS.
• To assist in managing inventories/spare parts for ACAM, CCTV, 3D IOT & VTS including disposal activities.

Skills

• Good analytical abilities.
• Familiar with various network testers.

• CGPA > 2.8

Education

EXTERNAL

• Diploma preferably with specialization in Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics / IT related discipline. or equivalent.
