Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To manage and actively participate in business planning & development and related activities and deliverables to ensure continuous business growth at Malaysia Airports

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Provide input in the crafting of company’s business plan with vision statements (long term view of a possible future), mission statements (the role that the organization gives itself in society), overall corporate objectives (both financial and strategic), strategic business unit objectives (both financial and strategic), and tactical objectives
  • Manage and deliver the reviewing and evaluating of business plan integration & strategy, coordination & development policies & procedures related to business planning
  • Carry out research for business plans and develop key productivity measurement within the organization and monitor key external and internal factors for both micro and macro environments, which may influence the direction and success of adopted strategies
  • Work closely with Senior Manager to aid in cross-organizational communication of ideas, knowledge and skills by ensuring better strategy based on better knowledge and helping operating units to coordinate strategy and reduce conflicts
  • Manage disseminate, implement and monitor the cross planning and performance management processes required to achieve the organizational mission and objectives
  • Evaluate management performance patterns as to adjust strategies and plans
Key Challenges
  • To be able to effectively perform and undertake Business Plan / Strategic Plan preparation
  • To perform research, analysis and benchmarking for business plan with other GLCs and other airport service providers

Internal

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Senior Executive role.
  • Diploma with a minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Senior Executive role.
  • Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least - Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B - Minimum Meet Expectations / C
  • The employee must not be subjected to any form of Disciplinary action for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion.

  • Degree holder with minimum 3.0 CGPA with a minimum 5 years relevant experience in.
Education

External

  • Recognised Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent, Masters in above disciplines is an added advantage.
