Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Formulate and establish talent management and succession planning strategy for MAHB and drive continuous improvement of related processes that enable the Company to recruit and retain identified talents in line with the Company’s objectives and goals.

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Lead overall planning, implementation and monitoring of talent management and succession planning processes that includes talent nomination & identification, talent assessment. talent calibration and talent review. 
  • Design and execute the leadership development program for MAHB talents pool including career planning, mentoring  and coaching.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition and retention strategy based on MAHB long-term plan and diagnosis via differentiated compensation and rewards scheme, career growth advancement, learning & development, focus recognition and talents engagement.

 

Talent Management

  • Formulate and establish talent management strategy that enable the Company to recruit and retain identified talents.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of talent management programs within the Company.
  • Provide advisory function on talent management areas.
  • Formulate and develop talent development framework for MAHB talents pool
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development and HCBP in designing and implementing talent programs.

 

Talent Development 

  • Formulate, design and execute talent development framework and program for MAHB talents pool.

 

Talent Assesment 

  • Plan, develop and ensure successful implementation of talent assessments.
  • Manage profiling tools, assessment process and results.

 

Succession Management 

  • Formulate, design and execute succession management framework and plan.
  • Conduct talent discussion and review for mission critical positions (MCP) with the HOD.
  • Implement and ensure effectiveness of leadership development interventions for talent pool and succession line–ups.

 

Competency Management

  • Design and execute leadership programs in line with COURAGE Leadership Competency framework.
  • Conduct TNA and develop programs based on the TNA and track the talents development progress via IDP.

 

Career Management

  • Provide advisory function to Learning & Development pertaining to talents career pathing and development to support their career aspiration and goals.

  • Stakeholder (Internal)
  • Divisions & Subsidiaries in MAHB
  • Liaise in related matters but not limited to talent and succession management, leadership competency management and high potential fast track program.

Relevant Industries

External

  • Degree holder with minimum 3.0 CGPA with minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Education

External

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource/ Business Administration.
  • Master Degree would be an added advantage
