Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Oversee, manage any complaint/ incident/issues related to corruption matters, including bribery, abuse of position/office for gratification, false claim/intention to deceive principal, financial fraud, abuse of power and commerce fraud.

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Receive and respond to allegations of corruption matters, including bribery, abuse of position/office for gratification and false claim/intention to deceive principal by initiating preliminary investigation to confirm the allegations and take necessary actions as appropriate based on the findings.
  • Provide investigative coverage or oversight to noncriminal complaints involving employee conduct/behavior as assigned by the Head on division.
  • To prepare a thorough investigation report related to integrity issues for management review and decision making
  • Maintain liaison and coordinate with the related regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct periodic meetings with the Department/Agency Head, Senior Management, and employee groups to discuss or provide advice on integrity/ethics issues.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of the investigation process
  • Encourage and achieve the highest possible degree of voluntary compliance 
  • Suggest improvements and changes to policy/manual/guidelines/procedures within the organization to the responsible party based on preliminary investigation/investigation results. 
  • Develop, maintain and review policies, procedures and guidelines in relation to corruption, abuse of power or position and false claim.

  • Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience.

  • Recognised Degree Certificate preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration(Master Degree would be an added advantage)
