POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Perform research, analysis and evaluation of outlined investment strategies    

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTION

• Perform project appraisal/feasibility / due diligence exercise of new investment; merger and acquisition; divestitures.
• Assist the team heads in monitoring outlined projects
• Prepare financing/refinancing exercise informations on the existing and new company investments
• Prepare data for proposals including project financial modeling; reports and statistics/forecast and other necessary information related to projects for management updates.
• Perform research, data analysis, assist in prepare presentation deck with regards to company investment whenever required for management review

• Availability of data for a quick and fast background analysis for projects

• Independent and ability to adapt well as projects varies and changes from time to time.

Relevant Industries

External        

• Degree with CGPA > 3.0 and minimum 3 year relevant experience.

Education

External        

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/related 
• Has some exposure in ventures capital/investments/audit/risk/finance reportings roles/financial modelling & analysis
