Provide financial advisory on strategic and financial services through every phase of the economic cycle for all critical areas, with a focus on increasing company value.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Prepare and develop integrated financial models (including cash flow, funding, valuation, and scenario analysis) to support investment decisions, funding strategies, and corporate finance transactions.
Coordinate cash flow projections and analysis with project teams to evaluate funding proposals and liquidity requirements.
Perform complex business analysis, evaluation and strategic planning in line with MAHB’s objectives.
Manage, structure, and execute corporate finance and investment exercises for MAHB Group, including capital structure optimisation, acquisitions, divestments, and debt and equity capital market transactions.

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Lead and manage comprehensive project planning and scheduling activities using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment across consultants, contractors and stakeholders while safeguarding key project milestones from design through to ORAT readiness.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Develop, monitor and update detailed Integrated Master Development Schedule (IMDS) and short-term project schedules using Primavera P6.
Review and validate contractor and consultant programmes and ensure compliance with Contract milestones and sectional completion dates.
Prepare baseline programs, work sequences, recovery plans and monitor against actual progress.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants and contractors to ensure logical sequencing of design deliverables (30%, 60%, 90%, IFC), procurement, construction, T&C and ORAT consistent with Master Programme.
Identify delays, conduct forensic schedule analysis and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks and maintain timelines.
Perform quantitative schedule risk analysis, including: Monte Carlo simulations, Tornado charts and propose mitigation strategies
Prepare high-level management reports including: Executive dashboards, Delay analysis, Forecast completion dates and Key risk indicators
Support contract team on Extension of time (EOT) assessment, delay analysis and time impact analysis.

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Oversee the entire contract management process for the Operations Division at MASB airports, including drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing various types of contracts and ensure timely renewals.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Track and ensure a smooth renewal process for all Operations Division contract services at all MASB airports.
Prepare masterlist and consolidate the contract management information, contract reports, contractual records and documentation of all contracts for all projects.
Serve as the point of contact/ procurement for contractual/ procurement matters including providing guidance. Act as “middleman” between airports and stakeholders, ensure timely review and approval/ reconciliation of variations.
Prepare an Approval Paper related to Contract Renewals (Open Tender/ TBI/ RFQ), Extensions, Variation etc.
Assist the Tender Evaluation, negotiations and clarification process with vendors to secure advantageous terms & competitive prices.
Monitor vendor performance Evaluation (VPE) process during contract period and the Contractor Service Performance relating to Certificate of Payment (COP).
Review draft tender documents with Contract Owners and Procurement, via Procurehere System.
Assist to strategize on the cost consumption and control for contract services.
Support relevant departments in preparation of the annual operations budget, data and forecast.
Ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal by Contract Owner and overall SLA are complied with
Assist to prepare financial modeling, monitoring and control of OPEX.
Assist on contract Termination, Withdrawal, Breach of Contract, provide recommendations and (often) negotiate directly with the Contract Owner until consensus are reached
