4) Incident Support

Provide ground assistance during traffic congestion, accidents, illegal parking, vehicle breakdowns, infrastructure defects, complaints and other landside incidents.
Gather and relay accurate factual information from the site to the Officer, Executive or AOCC.
Assist in implementing immediate operational measures as instructed by the Officer or Executive.
Support crowd and traffic control activities where required.

5) Compliance & Service

Perform duties in accordance with airport policies, Standard Operating Procedures, safety requirements and applicable operational instructions.
Assist in monitoring compliance by airport users, operators, contractors and service providers within designated landside areas.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Assist to in arranging, coordinating and monitoring for Parking Management AMC
Assist to in coordinating, arrangement and working closely with HR MAHB for staff uniform (except for AFRS & AVSEC) and Malaysia Airport Corporate Shirt
Assist to in updating for office equipment & facilities (operations) i.e. Mobile Facilities, furniture & fitting, Photostat Machine (Print/Fax/Scanning), Printer, TRS, Punch Clock, Punch Card etc.
Assist to in arranging, coordinating and monitoring for fleet management (operations):
- Shuttle & Driver movement
- Vehicle usage/requisition
- Vehicle compliance, maintenance & servicing i.e. Road Tax, Insurances, Inspection PUSPAKOM
- PETRONAS Smart pay card, Touch n Go card, vehicle log book, millage, fuel usage and etc
Assist to in workstation readiness as per staff eligibility i.e. PABX, Mobil phone, Laptop/Desktop, fax, internet connection and etc.
Assist to in updating MA (Sepang) phone directory

Key Challenges

Ensuring shuttle & driver movement are properly scheduled/arranged.
Ensuring preparation of staff uniform and Malaysia Airport corporate shirt are properly arranged and delivered within the stipulated period especially for new incoming staff.
Ensuring office facilities and equipment under his/her provision are available & keep update on the functionality to ensure no interruption in airport operations.
To satisfied and met with customer/stakeholder/staff satisfaction & expectation on the services that provided.

Skills

Computer literate preferably in Microsoft Office and Excel
Good knowledge in SAP
Good interpersonal and communication skills both in Malay and English

Relevant Industries

Preferred Background: Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, Office Management, Logistics/Fleet Operations, or General Administration.

Language Proficiency: Functional communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English to handle daily administrative tasks, coordinate with internal stakeholders, handle vendor communications, and prepare basic operational reports.

Work Experience: Candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in general office administration, fleet management, facilities support, asset tracking, or administrative HR operations are preferred. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and high administrative accuracy are also welcome to apply.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in basic Google Workspace / Microsoft Office applications (Sheets, Docs, and data tracking tools).

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Assist in the monitoring of the operations territories and ensure compliance with all related documents and coordinate with all units to ensure operations of the airport run smoothly.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Ensure that the airside operations is complying to Regulations; sarps; Procedures and Directives from the Regulator.
Assume administrative and operational control in absence of the Head Of Operation & Airport Manager.
To prepare reporting all complaints and submit necessary reports as required by HQ.
To assist that the contract management of cleaning services; grass cutting and landscaping are monitored and supervised accordingly.
Ensure the competency of all personnel of Operations Unit.
Promulgate information on aerodrome operational status such as temporary withdrawal of facilities; runway closure; work in progress; accident and incident and etc.
To assist Head Of Operation as technical operations advisor to the management in the formulation of policies; plans and procedures.
Attend meetings with government departments; airlines; aircraft operators; airport agencies and airport tenants to provide information on airport operations
To ensure that the services provided by third parties meet the standards set
As Secretary of Aerodrome Manual and meetings at airport i.e. Facilitation; passengers handling and coordination and Airside Safety Committee Meeting.
