Provide personal administrative support to management and the company by conducting and organizing administrative duties and and other activities.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Arrange, schedule and organize the appointments and meetings of Senior General Manager / General Manager.
Attend and screen all incoming and outgoing phone calls of the Senior General Manager / General Manager.
Prepare write ups and presentation slides as and when required.
To set up and maintain appropriate and effective filing system for all documents.
Liaise with internal staff of other division and department on all administrative matters.
Managing the travelling processes for Senior General Manager / General Manager and other personnel within Department / Division
To perform other clerical tasks for other units as instructed from time to time
Record minutes of the division meeting as and when required.
To assist in day-to-day running of the administration function of the division.
Any other duties assigned by the Management by time to time.

Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Lead and manage the tax function within the Finance Centre of Excellence (COE), encompassing both direct and indirect taxation. The role focuses on ensuring full compliance with tax laws and regulations, providing strategic tax advisory support to business units, and driving tax efficiency across the Group. The incumbent will also act as a key liaison with tax authorities, external advisors, and internal stakeholders to strengthen tax governance, mitigate risks, and support business growth through sound tax planning.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

1. Tax Compliance and Reporting

Oversee accurate and timely filing of all tax returns (corporate income tax, SST, withholding tax, and other relevant taxes).
Review tax computations, deferred tax, and tax provisions for financial reporting and audit purposes.
Ensure Group-wide compliance with all statutory requirements and internal tax policies.
Ensure Group compliance to the Global Minimum Tax (GMT) and Cross border Country reporting (CbCr).
Manage tax audits, investigations, and correspondence with tax authorities.

2. Tax Advisory and Planning

Provide strategic tax advice on business transactions, projects, and restructuring activities.
Evaluate and implement tax incentives, exemptions, and deductions to optimize the Group’s tax position.
Conduct technical analysis on new laws and public rulings; assess their business impact and develop response strategies.

3. Transfer Pricing and Cross-Border Matters

Oversee the preparation of transfer pricing documentation in compliance with Malaysian and OECD guidelines.
Support intercompany pricing arrangements and ensure alignment with Group policy.
Management of intercompany transactions and policies (covers outside and local country).
Support on cross-border tax implications and treaty-related matters.

4. Governance, Policy, and Risk Management

Strengthen tax governance (all contracts, agreements, and etc.) through continuous improvement of internal controls, policies, and reporting processes.
Formulation of appropriate tax policy and application across the Group.
Maintain up-to-date tax risk registers and support internal audit reviews of tax compliance.
Ensure proper documentation and evidence retention for tax positions and filings.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other departments to align tax strategy with business objectives.
Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities on complex or technical issues.
Communicate clearly with non-tax stakeholders to build an understanding of tax implications in decision-making.

6. Leadership and Capability Building

Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals within the COE.
Build tax awareness and knowledge across Finance and business teams through training and communication.
Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Managing complex tax exposures arising from multi-entity, cross-border, and project-based operations.

Education

Degree Certificate preferably with Accounting/Finance/Taxation
Master Degree would be an added advantage

Relevant Industries

Degree with a minimum 5–7 years relevant experience in tax compliance and advisory..

Unique Requirement

Professional Qualification (ICAA, ICAEW, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
Experience in both direct and indirect tax, with exposure to transfer pricing and tax audit management.
Experience in corporate tax, SST, tax planning, and team leadership roles.

Job Description

POSITION GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Conduct aerodrome inspections and enforcement activities within the airside boundary to ensure compliance with local and international standards and recommended practices (SARPs).

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Coordinate and facilitate activities related to operations and enforcement.
Lead the shift in the absence of the Duty Executive, as instructed by the Duty Executive.
Ensure all facilities are in serviceable condition and that aircraft maneuvering areas are safe for flight operations.
Handle on-site communication and coordination with other operations units within Malaysia Airports, particularly the Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC), Engineering Division, and Flight Operations Management (FOM).
Handle daily on-site communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth airside operations.
Prepare Notices to Airmen (NOTAM) for all scheduled and unscheduled activities, including maintenance work, operational changes, and area closures within the aerodrome, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information to all relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and ensure that the apron is clear of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and close the area if hazards exist.
Prepare preliminary investigation reports for accidents/incidents that are not related to aircraft, and ensure that safety officers collect relevant data.
Report facility defects and file fault dockets, ensuring that the faults are rectified for operational use.
Ensure that operational equipment (vehicles, Trunk Radio, VHF radio, mobile phones) is in good condition and sufficient according to the equipment inventory list.
Ensure that checklists and other records are completed and kept in the designated storage/filing system.
Prepare the monthly duty roster for shift operations.
Manage the collection of Temporary Airside Vehicle Permits and Follow Me escort services.
Report any hazards and non-compliance within the airside area.
Verify that all airside drivers hold a valid Airside Driving Permit (ADP).
Verify that all vehicles have a valid Airside Vehicle Permit (AVP).
Check the validity of vehicles with temporary permits and ensure that the offloading of goods occurs at the correct loading bays.
Ensure that airside drivers are operating the correct category of vehicle or equipment.
Ensure that airside users comply with SOPs when operating their vehicles or equipment.
Check the roadworthiness of all vehicles and equipment in the airside area.
Manage FOD effectively and ensure the orderly parking of airside vehicles and equipment.
Enforce rules and regulations for maintenance and project contractors during ongoing work, ensuring compliance with both local and international standards.
Manage wildlife presence as outlined in the SOPs and guidelines.
Meet the qualifications of a Competent Runway Inspector (CRI), MACA, and any other applicable regulatory requirements.
