Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Datuk Zainun binti Ali (Chairman)

Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Datuk Zainun binti Ali was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of MAHB on 18 January 2019.

Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Datuk Zainun binti Ali graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from University of Malaya and thereafter, obtained her Master of Law from University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.

She held various positions in the legal and judicial service throughout her career since 1976. She was appointed as the Registrar of Companies in October 1990 and the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court of Malaysia in November 1994. Thereafter, she was appointed as the Judicial Commissioner of the High Court of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur in August 1996 and elevated to the Court of Appeal in July 2007. On 4 April 2012, she was appointed as Federal Court Judge and retired on 4 October 2018.

Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Datuk Zainun binti Ali is now a member of the Advisory Board of the United Nations Global Judiciary Integrity Network.

She is also a Director of Permodalan Nasional Berhad.

YM Raja Azmi Raja Nazuddin (Group Chief Executive Officer)

Raja Azmi joined MAHB as Chief Financial Officer on 1 February 2016. Prior to this, he had held the positions of Group Chief Financial Officer, and subsequently Executive Director of UDA Holdings Berhad. His previous work experiences included being the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Zelan Berhad, Group Finance Director of UEM Group Berhad, and Executive Director of Time Engineering Berhad. He also held positions as Chief Financial Officer of Tronoh Consolidated Malaysia Berhad and Group Financial Controller of Sapura Telecommunications Berhad.

Raja Azmi started his career in 1987 with Coopers & Lybrand Malaysia before moving on to Malaysian Tobacco Company Berhad as an Internal Auditor and Marketing Accountant. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bath, UK. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Dato’ Mohd Shukrie Mohd Salleh (Chief Operating Officer)

Dato’ Shukrie holds a Degree in Business Studies from University of North London, and a Chartered Accountant with Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

He began his career with Public Bank Securities Sdn. Bhd. and thereafter served with United Overseas Bank Berhad. He has had diverse experience throughout his career covering consumer and corporate banking, corporate finance and advisory, mergers and acquisitions, financial services, risk management, human resources and procurement. In 2005, he joined DRB-HICOM Berhad where he assumed several leadership roles including that of Principal Controller, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer in various companies within the DRB-HICOM Group. He was the Group Chief Executive Officer of KL Airport Services Sdn Bhd, the aircraft ground handling, cargo and logistics arm of DRBHICOM Group. On 1 July 2011, he joined Pos Malaysia as Group Chief Operating Officer and was thereafter re-designated as Covering Group Chief Executive Officer on 1 February 2013. In 2013, he joined Konsortium Logistik Berhad as Group Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Pos Malaysia Berhad on 1 November 2015. Prior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer of Malaysia Airports, he was the Chief Operating Officer of AirAsia Malaysia.

As COO of Malaysia Airports, Dato’ Shukrie’s areas of responsibilities include Malaysia Airports (Sepang), Malaysia Airports Sdn. Bhd. (MASB), Aviation Security (AVSEC), Airport Fire & Rescue Services (AFRS), Malaysia Airports Subang, Engineering, Planning, Development, Standard & Safety (PDSS), Urusan Teknologi Wawasan (UTW), Malaysia Airports Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. (MACS), MACS Middle East, and Project Management Office (PMO).
