Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Execute the maintenance works as per maintenance plan as well as to supervise the maintenance works so as to achieve the specified maintenance standards; best practices and quality and to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Anaysis technical reports; identifies trends for the facilities and equipment breakdowns and recommends for continuous improvement action
• Analysis cost implications of the operations; maintenance and repair activities
• Executing the O&M works as well as managing the contract so as to ensure high standard of maintenance work accordance to best practices so as to ensure serviceability; reliability of facilities and cost optimization
• Compile the data and information for calling tenders and quotation for engineering works; to prepare specification for airport maintenance work and to implement SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data and Inventory Management at airport.
• Managing and monitoring the performance of the contractor in executing the maintenance works
• Assist in preparation of specification

• Knowledge of contract management i.e construction, legal and value engineering

Relevant Industries

• Diploma of Engineering/Technical with a minimum 1 year of relevant working experience or;
• SPM/SPMV or STPM with SKM (level III in Engineering/Technical) or Engineering/Technical certificate recognized by JPA/MQA with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience or
• SPM/SPMV or STPM with SKM(level II in Engineering/Technical) with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience or
• SPM or SPMV with minimum of 7 years relevant working experience in related field

Education

• Diploma (Electrical / Electronic) or;
• SPM/SPMV or STPM with SKM or;
• SPM or SPMV
