Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Provide administrative and clerical support.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Ensure smooth and perform record keeping of the departments
- Update all information of the departments
- Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence; scheduling appointments; organizing and maintaining
- paper and electronic files.
- Perform any other duties that may be required by the head
Key Challenges
- To ensure full compliance of company's policies and procedures.
Skills
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia
- and English
- Computer literate preferably in Microsoft office
- applications
- Able to work independently with minimum
- supervision.
Relevant Industries
- Preferable with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
Education
SPM with Credit in Bahasa, Pass in English and Mathematics
