Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

 

Provide administrative and clerical support.

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

 

  • Ensure smooth and perform record keeping of the departments
  • Update all information of the departments
  • Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence; scheduling appointments; organizing and maintaining 
  • paper and electronic files.
  • Perform any other duties that may be required by the head

Key Challenges

 

  • To ensure full compliance of company's policies and procedures.

Skills

 

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia 
  • and English
  • Computer literate preferably in Microsoft office 
  • applications
  • Able to work independently with minimum 
  • supervision.

Relevant Industries

  • Preferable with minimum 1 year relevant working experience 

Education

SPM with Credit in Bahasa, Pass in English and Mathematics
