Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To create sales order for aeronautical charges (landing, parking, aerobridge, check-in counter, passenger service charge and passenger security service charge).

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Issuance of Credit/Debit Note as and when necessary.
  • To provide assistance to Officer in handling aeronautical charges disputes raised by airlines.
  • To submit Sales Order Monthly Report.
  • IMS and 5S executor.
  • To ensure and maintain close relationship with airlines/ground-handlers.
  • To ensure tasks given by Head is completed timely and neatly.
  • To perform other tasks as per directed as and when required.

  • Ensure data are correct and datelines are met.

  • Good exposure to the aviation/airline industry.
  • Highly customer-oriented.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, well-organized, dedicated and result-oriented.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Willing to take on added responsibilities as and when necessary.

Relevant Industries

  • SPM/SPVM with equivalent with 3 years working experience (preferably in Airport/Airlines related field).

Education

  • SPM Certificate with:
    • Bahasa Malaysia - Credit
    • English - Pass
    • Mathematics - Credit
