POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To assist in managing all aspects of free zone operations and activities pertaining to the enforcement of security/safety matters and other FCZ/DFTZ  operations.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To perform patrolling in FCZ/DFTZ  area 

• To check and ensure all FCZ /DFTZ facilities related to security and safety is in good condition

• To ensure all stakeholders comply with rules & regulations as stipulated in Free Zones Act 1990 & Free Zones Regulations 1991

• To respond on all incident control and complaint in FCZ/DFTZ  reported by internal or external stakeholders namely Terminal Operators, Forwarding Agent, and Customs, etc.

• To update and maintain all records pertaining to enforcement and safety activities

• To perform other task as and when directed by superiors.

• To respond to any issue arises from operational activities and escalate it to immediate superior
• High quality of deliverables and works required especially when involved external stakeholders
   

Skills

•  A Computer literate (especially in Microsoft Office -  Word, PowerPoint, & Excel)
•  A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
• A team player who can build positive relations at all levels.
• Customer Service Oriented 

Relevant Industries

Internal        

• Having working experience in Free Commercial Zone would be an advantage

Relevant Industries

• Qualifications:
  • Male candidates only (due to site patrolling and operational field requirements).
  • Driving License: Possess a valid Class D driving license.

• Skills & Competencies:
  • Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, & Excel).

Education

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia with:
  • Credit in Bahasa Melayu
  • Passed in English
  • Passed in Mathematics

OR

• Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia Vokasional:
  • Credit in Bahasa Melayu (Code 1104)
  • PNGKA: >2.5
