POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To assist Landscape Officer to ensure landscape works are being carried out systematically and effectively by the contractor and compliance with contract requirement 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To conduct daily site inspection with landscape contractors/ external & internal stakeholders at KLIA/ klia2/ OSA landscape area
• Supervise day to day contractor performance as per scope of contract work for KLIA/ klia2/ OSA.
• To assist Landscape Officer preparing KLIA/ klia2/ OSA landscape weekly performance report
• To prepare KLIA/ klia2/ OSA daily inspection checklist as per SOP
• Provide feedbacks and recommendations to improve and enhance KLIA landscape area.
• Assist Landscape Officer to certify monthly landscape maintenance works payment.
• Work closely with MAAH to maintain and develop KLIA/ klia2/ OSA landscape area
• Report to Landscape Officer on the overall status of the contractor constantly
