Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Assist in administration, operation and finance matters to ensure that the organization complies with requirement and general administration practice in MAHB.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Checking of Contract Progress Claim Forms (CPCF) in meeting payment to vendor or contractors.
- Preparing Journal and Cash Vouchers for CPCF, suppliers and staff to ensure correct amount were paid according to claim made and apply normal practice.
- Plan and propose filing system to ensure other staff can perform their task and assess to the file efficiently.
- Responsible and ensure office equipment and stationery items were sufficient in providing good material to staff.
- Gather and furnish information required by government bodies or private sector i.e. Malaysia Palm Oil Board, Jabatan Bomba dan Keselamatan, Tax Inquiry, Audit Inquiry to fulfil the respective requirement.
- Coordinate with ITD on IT maintenance such as breakdown and installations for smooth operations.
- Verify and check of physical stock for report output and verification of purchase, request, delivery and release order in line with Business Process Improvement introduced by the management.
- Renewal of license/agreements for vehicles, building, office equipment with government statutory bodies, vendors and supplier to ensure companies operate with good corporate practice.
- Update and disseminate ISO documents to the respective staff involve to ensure they receive latest updates and use as a tool to perform efficiently.
- Compile and give support to Business Partners in budget preparation leading to submission to Finance Division.
- Involvement in ad-hoc task/project in other jobs assigned by the Management from time to time in relation to:
- (i) Safety, Health and Environment matters.
- (ii) LEAN Management matters.
Key Challenges
- To ensure Business Process Improvement for MAAH and the Support Accounting System (SAP) can be operated smoothly.
- To reduce operational cost and maintain overhead cost which are higher year by year.
Skills
- Able to work independently and resolve minor problem.
- Preferably possess working knowledge in SAP.
- Must be computer literate.
- Knowledge in Electronic and plantation equipment and its functionality.
Relevant Industries
- At least 1 year experience in related scope
- CGPA > 2.8
Education
Diploma preferably with specialization in Human Resource Management/Admin/Business or equivalent
