Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for managing and overseeing operational issues related to car park management, with a focus on financial reconciliation and data accuracy.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Prepare and review Daily Reports covering all parking areas under the responsibility of the Car Park Management (CPM) department.
- Perform data entry and transaction processing in SAP, specifically within the Billing SD (Sales and Distribution) and Billing RECN (Flexible Real Estate Management) modules.
- Generate and analyze Payment Gateway Reports, encompassing revenue from cash, cashless, Touch 'n Go, and handheld transactions.
- Conduct daily float audits to ensure accuracy and strict accountability in cash handling.
- Compile and summarize vehicle movement data across all managed parking facilities.
- Prepare and reconcile Reconciliation Reports to validate revenue against payment records.
- Manage all matters related to the issuance and processing of Debit and Credit Notes.
- Oversee Cash In Transit (CIT) activities to ensure timely and secure fund transfers.
- Prepare and monitor reports regarding Gross Revenue, Sales and Service Tax (SST), Revenue after SST, and Budgeted Revenue.
- Maintain and update Season Card data within the SAP system.
- Provide support to the CPM Operations and Administration teams on cash management issues and process improvements.

Relevant Industries
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma Holder with 2–3 years of experience in Airport/Aviation Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline are highly encouraged to apply.
- Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and a relevant Diploma are also highly encouraged to apply.
Advantageous Skills
- Proficiency in SAP modules, specifically Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX) Module, is highly desirable.
Education
- Diploma in Airport/Aviation Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Grade Requirement: Minimum CGPA of 2.80.
