Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Building core business capabilities through developing concessionaire value and establishing sustainable partner relationship while ensuring revenue improvement, business sustainability and higher stakeholder values. Retail Relations function will be demarcated by category type for better Global Account view i.e. across MA(S) & MASB.  Besides relation, the unit function scope will extend to business planning, retention strategy and organizing event like Study Tour and insights sharing via Category Meetings and Engagement sessions.

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Update all Tenants’ database for correspondence purposes and checking of historical data as and when required for central depository purposes
  • Compile documents and perform filing management for Business Relation Unit Masterlist data.
  • Prepare all correspondence and reports as and when required.
  • Assist executives in conducting survey & price comparison study with downtown shops/duty free operators/regional airports, as when required
  • Assist in achieving information for the “central depository” new system enhancement
  • To measure level of information provided for required research material in order to support the executives
  • To measure the effiency of the contract compliance by awarded operators, from   issuance of Letter of Offer to, submission of letter acceptance and other documents, to proper handover of security documents to Commercial Division MA(S) or MASB
  • To measure the accuracy of information provided and understanding of tender evaluation processes
  • To update and keep track of any documentation for compilation of airport and tenant matters
  • Assist in coordinating commercial calendar of events.

Key Challenges

 

  • Communicates the client’s goals and represents the client’s interests to the commercial team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Responsible to provide assistance to executives for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue in terms of business services only (not to include with operational matters).
  • To keep track of any in going and outgoing documents internally and externally.

Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, pleasant personality and able to write and communicate information effectively.

  • Minimum 1-3 years working experience in business administration

Education

  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant
