POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• To ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the respective area and to ensure that all facilities are serviceable and well maintained. To perform administration work as required

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To attend briefing.
• To inspect and ensure all facilities at the work place are serviceable. To report  immediately to Supervisor on faulty equipments and  record details in the log-book.
• Carry out regular inspections on all airports facilities in the Contact Pier; and reports back to DE/Termina Manager.
• Monitor day to day activities in the Terminal Building such as filming; promotions etc.
• Monitor the movement of the VVIP to unsure smooth flow; and to assist when necessary.
• Monitor the performance of the contractors and reports back to Terminal Manager on any irregularities found.
• To assist customers who need assistant.
• To coordinate with AOCC on the overall status of the airports.
• To follow the directives from Terminal Manager on administration and operation matters from time to time.

Key Challenges

• Ensure that the services provided are exceeding passenger expectation. 
• Ensure Terminal score high in ASQ elements that related to terminal functions.

Skills

• Able to work in group, follow instructions, friendly and enjoy meeting people 
• Intermediate Skill Microsoft Excel

Relevant Industries

• Diploma Holder with 2–3 years of experience in Facility Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration are highly encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and a relevant Diploma are also highly encouraged to apply.

Education

• Diploma Holder in Facility Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
• Grade Requirement: Minimum CGPA of 2.80
