Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

 

  • Assist in managing the operations of the Shuttle Call Centre to ensure smooth shuttle movements and high levels of customer satisfaction.
    Membantu dalam pengurusan operasi “Shuttle Call Centre” bagi memastikan pergerakan shuttle berjalan dengan lancar bagi mencapai tahap kepuasan pengguna.

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

 

  • To perform daily vehicle inspections (pre & post-shift) to ensure serviceability, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance of company vehicles (Bus, Van, car & motorcycle) to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers.
    Melakukan pemeriksaan harian kenderaan syarikat (sebelum/selepas) bagi memastikan kebolehsediaan, kebersihan, dan pematuhan peraturan bagi menjamin keselamatan pemandu dan penumpang.

 

  • To prepare reports and liaise with Engineering (MTW), MA (S), or ORIX for vehicle repairs and servicing to ensure fleet safety and readiness.
    Menyediakan laporan dan berhubung dengan unit berkaitan (MTW/ORIX) untuk kerja pembaikan dan penyelenggaraan bagi memastikan kenderaan sentiasa selamat dan sedia digunakan.

 

  • To maintain usage records for vehicles and the Trunk Radio System (TRS) to ensure all data is accurately captured.
    Mengemaskini dan menyenggara rekod penggunaan kenderaan dan TRS bagi memastikan data direkodkan dengan tepat.

 

  • To manage Fleet Management facilities such as PETRONAS Smart Pay and Touch 'n Go cards.
    Mengurus dan merekod kemudahan Pengurusan Fleet seperti kad PETRONAS Smart Pay dan Touch 'n Go.

 

  • To serve as a standby driver for Senior Management as required or during the absence of assigned drivers.
    Bersedia menjadi pemandu kepada Pengurusan Kanan Malaysia Airports sekiranya perlu atau semasa ketiadaan pemandu tetap.

 

  • To remain on 24/7 standby to support Airport Operations during crises, emergencies, or Tracked Transit System (TTS) maintenance.
    Bersiap sedia 24/7 untuk memberi bantuan kepada operasi lapangan terbang semasa kecemasan atau gangguan perkhidmatan TTS.

Key Challenges

  • To reach the airport promptly upon receiving a call from the Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC) or Senior Manager Support Services to support Airport Operations during a crisis or emergency.
    Tiba di lapangan terbang dengan segera sebaik menerima panggilan daripada Pusat Kawalan Operasi Lapangan Terbang (AOCC) atau Pengurus Kanan Khidmat Sokongan bagi menyokong Operasi Lapangan Terbang semasa krisis atau kecemasan.

 

  • To meet and exceed customer, stakeholder, and staff expectations regarding the quality of services provided.
    Memenuhi dan melebihi jangkaan serta kepuasan pelanggan, pihak berkepentingan, dan kakitangan terhadap perkhidmatan yang diberikan.

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
    Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.

 

  • Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality.
    Berorientasikan khidmat pelanggan dengan personaliti yang menyenangkan.

 

  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
    Kemahiran berkomunikasi secara lisan dan pendengaran yang berkesan.

 

  • Knowledge of rules and regulations regarding the safe and efficient operation of automotive equipment.
    Pengetahuan tentang peraturan-peraturan yang terlibat dalam operasi peralatan automotif secara selamat dan cekap.

 

  • Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
    Mahir dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris.

Relevant Industries

 

  • Experience as a company or personal driver is an added advantage.

    • Pengalaman sebagai pemandu syarikat atau pemandu peribadi adalah satu kelebihan.

 

  • Possess a valid Driving License (Class D, E, and GDL). Having a PSV license is an added advantage.

    • Mempunyai Lesen Memandu yang sah (Kelas D, E, dan GDL). Memiliki lesen PSV adalah satu kelebihan.

Education

 

  • Minimum SPM qualification with a pass in Bahasa Malaysia and History.

    • Kelulusan minimum SPM dengan lulus dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Sejarah.
