Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To support the Airside Services Department Senior Managers and Managers in managing administrative, financial, procurement, and reporting matters, ensuring departmental objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Implement, monitor, and continuously improve contract management plans, ensuring all contractual obligations, milestones, and deliverables are effectively managed and updated.
  • Prepare and coordinate the annual budget and expenditure planning (CAPEX and OPEX) for the Airside Services Division.
  • To monitor and verify training records and training compliance for Airside Services Division personnel, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and maintained in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Administer and manage SAP-related finance activities, ensuring proper financial allocation, budget utilization, and compliance with organizational procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Department on contract-related matters, including tendering processes, procurement papers, contract variations, contract renewals, contract reviews, and other related activities.
  • To manage procurement-related processes, including invoice verification and payment processing through the SAP system.
  • Assist the Manager and Senior Manager in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of CAPEX and OPEX improvement projects.
  • Prepare and manage internal correspondence relating to disciplinary matters, misconduct cases, and other staff-related issues within the Airside Services Department.
  • Liaise and coordinate with the Human Resources Department on staff disciplinary matters, misconduct investigations, and related personnel issues.
  • Promote and support an employee-oriented work culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and high performance.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with regulatory authorities, vendors, contractors, service providers, and other stakeholders in matters relating to departmental services and operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and service quality of contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and service standards.
  • Monitor and verify Training Summaries, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and other training-related reports for Airside Services Division personnel.
  • To assist in prepare and draft management papers, reports, proposals, presentations, and other official documents required by the division and management relating to contract management, administration, and associated functions.

Education

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Transports / Operation Management / Business Administrative / Project Management or other relevant discipline

Relevant Industries

  • Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and minimum 1 year relevant experience.
