Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Plan, manage and monitor the operation and maintenance works and ensuring the works done are accordingly to the specified maintenance standards, best practices and quality so as to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Develop, review and execute the master maintenance plan and master maintenance schedule as well as implementation of   operating budget and managing the contract.
• Adhere with Company’s policies, procedures, guidelines, local/international regulations and legislations, Quality Management System (QMS) iso 9001:2008, EMS, OHSAS and any other certifications.
• Analyses cost implications of the maintenance and repair activities and recommend for budgetary.
• Provide guidance, advice and direction to all subordinate and to make sure they do high standard maintenance with high quality and efficiency
• Keep abreast of new technology in order to properly plan for future enhancement and efficiency improvement of the assigned airport system and facilities. 
• Assist on the special projects in order to ensure the assigned airport system and facilities requirements are properly addressed.
• Produce technical reports and analyzes of the facilities, equipment breakdowns and recommendation for improvement action
• Execute Plant Maintenance (PM) and Material Management (MM) of SAP System and manage overall preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Plan and monitor high standard of maintenance work accordance to best practices so as to ensure serviceability, reliability of facilities and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with local/international regulations and legislations for safe and efficient airport operation and maintenance.

• To make sure BATS system running smoothly without interruption
• High dependency on IT and PLC system performance.
• Provides technical and operation inputs into the designs of infrastructure and facilities especially on Mechanical aspect.
• Keeps abreast with the latest technology and best practices in the industries

Relevant Industries

Internal

• Degree with minimum 1-year relevant working experience.  
• Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B; and Minimum Meet Expectations / C
• The employee must not be subjected to disciplinary punishments except for disciplinary counseling, caution, reminder & warning for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion   

External

• Degree with CGP > 3.0 minimum and 1 year relevant working experience.

• Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.     

External

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
