POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
The Business Development Executive will play a key supporting role to the Senior Executive in driving customer acquisition, lead generation, branding, and promotional initiatives. This position involves assisting in the identification and development of new business opportunities through research, outreach, and coordinated engagement with potential clients. The Executive will help manage incoming leads, prepare business proposals and presentations, and participate in client meetings as required.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Assist the Senior Executive in generating and qualifying leads through research, referrals, networking, and digital sources.
- Support in managing and responding to incoming business inquiries and leads.
- Coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients to maintain engagement and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Prepare initial proposals, presentations, and supporting documents for client meetings.
- Maintain updated client and market data in CRM or relevant tracking systems.
- Support the Senior Executive in organizing meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Participate in client discussions when required, taking notes and ensuring timely follow-up actions.
- Coordinate internal teams to gather information or resources needed for client solutions.
- Support promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and partnership activities.
- Help develop and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media content, and promotional assets.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Executive, including scheduling, document preparation, and follow-up tasks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of business development activities.
- Assist in organizing events, client engagements, and promotional activities.

- Managing multiple stakeholders effectively and persuading them to enroll in programs or services.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Adapting to changing market trends and leveraging new channels, including social media, to expand business opportunities.
Skills
- Must be self-driven,proactive, strong integrity and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good presentation skills and good interaction with internal staff and potential customers
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office;
- Good writing and communication skills both in Bahasa Melayu and English;
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (optional but beneficial)

- Degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications
Relevant Industries
External
- Degree with CGPA > 3.0 and 1 year experience
