POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
- Execute compelling employee value proposition (EVP) that reflects impactful engagement initiatives, crafting internal and external branding campaigns, and driving efforts that enhance MAHB's reputation as a leading workplace in the industry
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
Employer Branding
- Support the development and execution of MAHB’s employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent.
- Create engaging content for internal and external channels, including social media, career pages, and employee testimonials, to showcase MAHB’s culture and employee experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to align branding efforts with corporate messaging.
- Assist in organizing career fairs, campus recruitment events, and partnership initiatives to promote MAHB as an employer of choice.
Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Plan and execute events and campaigns that drive employee engagement and reinforce MAHB’s EVP.
- Gather insights through surveys, focus groups, and direct feedback to identify areas for improvement in the employee experience.
- Develop recognition and reward programs to celebrate employee contributions and successes.
Content Creation & Communication
- Develop compelling stories, visuals, and multimedia content that highlight employee journeys and achievements.
- Ensure consistent messaging in all internal communications to reinforce MAHB’s values and employer brand.
- Manage the creation of newsletters, blogs, and other communication materials that promote key initiatives.
Employee Experience Enhancement
- Act as a champion for initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create onboarding experiences that align with MAHB’s branding and values.
- Support in initiatives that enhance inclusivity and foster a sense of belonging among employees.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and analyze data related to employer branding and engagement efforts, including social media metrics, event participation, and employee satisfaction scores.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize branding and engagement strategies.
- Maintain a dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and impact.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with internal teams, including Human Capital and Communications, to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Build relationships with external partners, such as universities and industry organizations, to enhance MAHB’s visibility and reputation.
Key Challenges
- Ability to develop innovative campaigns and storytelling approaches that enhance employer branding.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling messages and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build partnerships and drive initiatives across teams.
- Proficiency in using analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of branding efforts.
- High level of accuracy and consistency in messaging and branding materials.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Relevant Industries

- Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and minimum 1 year relevant experience.
