Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Assist with data reporting, facilitating high-level visits and engagements with regulators, and managing issue resolution and internal communications. Key responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing audit preparations and SOP updates, producing a monthly e-bulletin, managing government interactions and submissions, and facilitating high-level collaborations and state government communications for Sabah and Sarawak to support business objectives and strategic partnerships.        

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Assist in strategising and coordinating the development and production of a monthly e-bulletin featuring news updates, information, and data related to MAHB and group activities for key stakeholders from government and agencies.
  • Assists in preparing all DUN questions through coordination and facilitation, and liaises with internal business units and stakeholders in drafting responses and recommendations for airports and STOLPorts in Sabah & Sarawak.
  • Assist in coordinating with internal stakeholders, actively participates in meetings, promptly resolves issues and inquiries, and provides comprehensive responses and inputs to MAVCOM/CAAM and other regulatory bodies.

Relevant Industries

External

  • Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and  minimum 1 year relevant experience 

Education

External

  • Degree in Business Administration (BBA)/Economics/Communications/Public Relations/Digital Media/Multimedia, or equivalent

 

Unique Requirement

  • Experienced in multimedia production and desktop publishing, including the design and creation of visually compelling content for various digital and print platforms will be an added advantage.
