POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
- The Station Master position was established to ensure the smoothness of bus operations at KLIA bus stations. With the presence of the Station Master, he/she will provide ground coordination between various departments including service providers by ensuring the adequacy of staff, buses, cleanliness of buses, facilities of the area, etc

- TTS Platform (during the fallback procedure)
- Pathway along TTS station till C05
- Oversee & Manage the overall bus stations, bus service, and associated area/facilities.
- To relay timely information to the Bussing Operations Coordinator (BOC).
- Escalate potential issues to BOC for
- Evaluate the situation and make ground decisions to ensure enough resources to manage the passenger flow.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure manning at all touchpoints are sufficient at all times as per plan.
- Coordinate with all shift leaders (TSD, CEM, AVSEC, ECC, ASD) to ensure that all facilities and resources are available and serviceable at all touch points
- Monitor, coordinate and report issues/incident related to manning, bus supply, and facilities at the bus lounge, TTS platform, and busing-associated areas with BOC to ensure SLAs are met by all parties (response time, number of busses, manning etc)
- Monitor and coordinate with CEM on smooth passenger flow throughout with no obstruction.
- Adhere and coordinate activation of fallback plan and manage the recovery plan until the situation back to normal
- Handling and managing of ground complaint related to bus operations and report to BOC
Key Challenges
- Ensure the services provided are exceeding passenger expectation.
- Evaluate situation on the demand for the bussing service from time to time and make ground decision to ensure enough resource to manage the passenger flow.

- Ability to be a leader and work in group
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to communicate with people from various level of positions
- Willing to work outside normal working hours.
- To ensure smooth operation of the bus lounge, bus service and associated area
Education
Degree in any discipline preferably in Airport Operation Management / Aviation Management
Relevant Industries
Degree in any discipline preferably in Airport Operation Management / Aviation Management with 1 year experience in Airport Operations
