Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
• To ensure that all endpoints in the organization are running efficiently and effectively, and to provide exceptional technical support and customer service to end-users.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- To perform daily monitoring and maintain services of unit relevant infrastructure
- To perform 1st and 2nd level support - Remote troubleshoot on application or device problems
- To assist in maintaining and managing software packages and updates
- To execute and fullfill unit OTP
- To ensure SLAs are properly followed in handling and escalating IR based on severity and priority level on a daily basis
- To collaborate with vendors (hardware, software, services), outsource partners, and other stakeholders
- To provide technical support to end-users for endpoint device issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution
- To install and update software application via endpoint management tool
- To manage and maintain Printers services
- To assist on managing alerts services
- To maintain unit-related documents and records

- Manages customers and top management’s expectations.
- Work beyond area of control that contributes to overall endpoint performance.
Skills
- IT Operation and Maintenance experience
- Experience in endpoint troubleshooting, domain administration and project management
- Ability to work in a team
- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- A good team player
- Should have the ability to carry out tasks given.
- Willing to always learn new tasks
Education
EXTERNAL
- Diploma preferably with specialization in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Professional certification; MCSE/MCTP or relevant industry certification is advantage
Relevant Industries
EXTERNAL
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in IT security related field or system/server support
