POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To ensure IT operation Airport runs smoothly & efficiently and to work closely with other IT Division units during daily operation and maintenance.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for all airport systems' software and hardware performance during his/her shift working period.
• Involve in corrective and preventive maintenance for all airport systems and IT equipment in Airport terminal. including BHS, FIDS, AGL, CCTV, ACAM, SCADA, Network Infra & etc.
• To ensure all IT related incidents recover within Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Perform 1st level troubleshooting at site and deal with IT System Administrator & Operation team for any major problem occured.
• Participate in IT problem solving and provide an initial report to team leader.
• To guide and assist users regarding any IT problems.

Key Challenges

• Accountable for IT operation & maintenance work in Airport terminal. 
• Manage customers expectations on IT first level support at Airport terminal. 
• Maintain Airport terminal.  IT systems availability and to ensure all incidents recover within SLA.

Skills

• IT Operation and Maintenance experience.

Education

• Diploma preferably with specialization in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.

Relevant Industries

• At least CGPA > 3.0 in Diploma Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
