POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Responsible to ensure all incidents reported resolve according to Service Level Objective (SLO).
• Contribute to network planning and development activities.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Understand the criticality of the subsystems and interrelation between the subsystems.
• Contributes in developing trouble shooting procedures and continuously improve the processes.
• Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
• Involve in the testing of software, upgrades and changes as well as integration tests of the subsystems.
• Recommends network solutions for operations and maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network.
• Adhere to ISO, ISMS and OHSAS standard in doing day to day jobs.

• Meets customers and management’s expectations.
• Executes beyond area of control that contributes to network performance.

Skills

• Good analytical abilities.
• Familiar with various network testers.

Education

EXTERNAL

• Diploma preferably with specialization in Computer Science/Networking/IT or equivalent.

Relevant Industries

EXTERNAL

• At least 3 Principals
• CGPA > 2.8
