Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Manage the operational needs of Quality Management roles for MA Sepang. The position is responsible for maintaining Quality Assurance, Quality Management and compliance support at all levels.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
- To provide guidance, advisory and technical support on standards and recommended practices as required by the Malaysian Standard (MS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) or British Standard (BS) and legal or other requirements to airport and non-airport business
STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Maintain a good rapport and liaison with internal and external parties such as other heads and internal divisions at Group level i.e HR, procurement and finance to ensure the overall airport performance tracking can be done accurately and in accordance to their requirement.
REPORT, MONITOR,ANALYSE AND EVALUATION
- Monitor and track implementation of SHE legal compliance thru periodical evaluation of compliance
LEADERSHIP
- Champion leadership development in the Quality Management unit, creating environment for leadership growth, among promising personnel. Develop potential leaders via higher roles and responsibilities, multi skilling, on job training, attending conferences/seminar or attending relevant functional and management training programs.
- Responsible for talent development to ensure talent retention.
Skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal, to employees of all level.
- Possess good analytical and communication skills, leadership skills and implementation driven in meeting the Human Resource and Administration needs in providing best services to all employees.
- Able to interact and work with individuals at different levels within the organization in order to ensure things are done within timeframes and allocated resources.
- Meticulous, detailed, well-organized, able to work independently, willing to learn and take on added responsibilities.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the company’s Terms & Conditions of Executive and Collective Agreement.
Education
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in the related discipline
- Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.
