Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• To execute development and system enhancement within Commercial and to assist in communication and enforcement of system requirements to tenants and other Commercial’s staff.
• Responsible to supervise project implementation and accuracy of data from existing and newly developed or enhanced system.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To do close monitoring on sales report as to ensure the accuracy of data
• To ensure timely compilation and submission of sales reports to all users
• To ensure sales settlement are performed on timely
• To communicate to tenants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) system requirements
• To attend all issues pertaining to tenants system request
• To conduct periodical audit for Commercial Business System at tenant premises
• To provide input in development of new system under Commercial Business
• To involve in user testing and ensure all requirement are meet accordingly
• To assist in training arrangement for Commercial and Airport’s staff
• To coordinate tenant briefing on system requirement s and report submission
• To complete processing all POS vendor’s invoices
• To provide effective monitoring report and explanation of POS variance on POS OPEX
• To verify on creation and termination of POS contract
• To assist in completing AOP to SAP Flexi RE successful sales data transfer
• To ensure 100% billing of POS recoupment and minimize usage of OPEX
• Preparation of yearly POS Recoupment & OPEX Budget 

Key Challenges

• To enforce system requirements and maintain good communication with tenants.
• Obtain buy-in from tenants on requirements for integration of system and reporting of accurate sales data

Skills

• Computer literate and knowledge in using computer software applications such as SAP, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Web Browser, etc.
• Self-starter with good organization, methodical, multitasking skills with passion to deliver quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
• Able to work well with others as a team and possess good interpersonal, coordination and communication skills.
• Possess good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English-spoken and written.
• Possess Strong Leadership with High Level of Integrity.
• Good knowledge of POS and other applicable systems.
• Able to enforce system requirement to tenants
• Must be a team player and highly dynamic with Commercial environment.

Education

External

• Degree preferably Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Administration/Business Studies/Finance/Accounting Administration / Information Technology or equivalent

Relevant Industries

External

• Degree with CGPA > 3.0 and minimum 3 years relevant experience.
