POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Coordinate and structure business requirement workshops and apply appropriate methodology from gathering, analysis, evaluation, and documentation
• Manage and coordinate between multiple projects across the organization or lead a single targeted project that brings a big impact to the organization's goals.
• Provides dashboard reporting of project progress, issues and recommends interventions to debottleneck

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for business requirement gathering, analysis and documentation.
• Responsible for organizing programs and activities for the enterprise or targeted projects that drive big impact to organizational goals
• Develop budgets, operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.
• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Propose new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services
• Execute changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
• Analyzing program risk and propose areas of mitigation to management.

Education

External        

• Recognised Degree preferably with specialization in Information Technology or Business Administration or equivalent.

Relevant Industries

External        

• Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an Executive Role
