Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Ensure successful delivery of the project's procedures of initiation, planning, execution, regulation and closure as well as the guidance of the project team's towards achieving all the agreed upon goals within the set scope, time, quality and budget standards without compromising any quality of the delivered product through agile or scrum methodologies whenever suitable.

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for driving continuous improvements to facilitate 'good enough' team output and elevating overall service experience.
  • Regular service reports to IT management and business clients are issued.
  • Input and guidance to cross-functional and cross-regional communities of practice is provided out of the service units, increasing and spreading knowledge and skills.
  • Coordinate and facilitate discussion with various parties, where required – e.g. issue resolution, estimation discussions, project approach (deployment approach, data migration approach etc.).
  • Conflict resolution in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ensure delivery against targets and continued professional and personal development.
  • Prepare and consolidate content for presentations to senior management and steering committees.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements into a tangible plan and spot inconsistencies.
  • Face to the business for operational services and the initial single point of contact and escalation for operational service issues.
  • Change control procedure and processes are in place. Ensures releases and changes are delivered in a controlled and agile manner.
  • Participate in the development and monitoring of project work plans, tracking project deliverables and monitoring project delivery against spending forecasts.
  • In collaboration with Risk Management, conduct periodic compliance checks on processes and internal controls, and lead internal reviews as requested.
  • Serve as a point of contact with service providers and address contractual matters as required.
  • Regularly monitor quality of field procurement; ensuring compliance with company anti-corruption and due diligence processes.
  • Verifies project financial, budget and payment are within the agreed contractual terms.
  • Set standards for project teams consists of technical, application, business unit, project coordinators, project managers, and contractors to ensure high-quality delivery standards.
  • Ascertain the unit compliance for Integrated Management System (IMS), Quality Management System (QMS), 5S, SOP, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and company anti-corruption and due diligence processes.
  • Assure adherence and compliances towards MAHB policies, rules, and regulations by all stakeholders and contractors.

Relevant Industries

Unique Requirement

  • Minimal posses of  Certified Testing Foundation Level (CTFL) or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)/IT Service Management experience and having any Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Scrum Certification will be an advantaged        


External        

  • Degree with minimum 10 years relevant experience in Management role

Education

  • Degree preferably with specialization in Information Technology, Computer Science, related or equivalent field
