POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Familiar with interior design and renovation project procedures

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Coordinate and supervise projects as directed by the superior
• Obtain/ compile price data on building materials; etc. and maintain a database on pricing  
• Assist in obtaining work permit from relevant authorities for successful implementation of projects
• Assist superior in their daily tasks

• Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Computer literate preferably in Microsoft Office applications

Education

Internal

• Diploma in Accounting/ Business Administration/ Engineering OR
• STPM/Certificate in Accounting/ Business Administration/ Engineering OR
• SPM With Credit in Bahasa, Pass in Mathematics and English

External

• Diploma in Accounting/ Business Administration/ Engineering

Relevant Industries

Internal

• Diploma with minimum 1 year relevant working experience OR
• STPM/Certificate with minimum 5 years relevant working experience OR
• SPM with minimum 7 years relevant working experience
• Must achieve and maintain performance for two (2) consecutive years of at least 1 year - Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B and or 1 year - Minimum Meet Expectations/C
• The employee must not be subjected to any form of Disciplinary action for the past 36 consecutive months immediately preceding the promotion.

External

• Diploma with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
