POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Assist in supervisiong & monitoring of civil & structural aspects of approved CAPEX projects.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To supervise, monitor and assist in MAHB Group CAPEX Projects by ensuring smooth project implementation ,adhering to contract specifications, work within budget and maintaining good site safety and practices.
• To ensure all CAPEX projects carried out are completed within the expected time, cost and quality.
• To register and carry out monitoring works during the Defects Liability Period of any completed projects.
• To assist with the preparation of weekly report compilation for projects undertaken by unit.

• To ensure the undertaken projects are completed within the predetermined time, cost and quality concurrently with the ongoing changes, requests and requirements.

Education

External

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building/ Construction or equivalent

Relevant Industries

External

• At least CGPA > 2.8 with a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience
