Airport Operations

Airport operations consist of many facilities such as concourses, runways, parking and stakeholders like airlines, cargo terminal operators, retailers, service providers and airport users. At Malaysia Airports, Airport Operations provide services to all facets of activities associated with an airport from airside operations and landside to terminal operations including airport business operations. It covers three important areas:

  • Airside Operations  oversee the aerodrome, airfield, airstrip, ramps, etc.
  • Terminal and Landside Operations oversee the terminals, concourses, roadways and properties surrounding the airport.
